1. Advance bookings required: Bookings must be made at least four (4) days in advance of your intended flight date.
2. Flight arrangements: Once we receive your booking, Freycinet Resort will liaise with our flight partner, Freycinet Air Tasmania, to arrange your scenic helicopter experience. If your preferred time is unavailable, our staff will contact you to discuss alternative options.
3. Arrival time: Guests must arrive at the Mount Paul Lounge at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Helicopter flights cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests accept full liability for any missed flights due to late arrival, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. (Tip: We recommend arriving 45 minutes to 1 hour early to relax and enjoy your Tasmanian sparkling wine and oysters before departure.)
4. Cancellations by the flight operator or due to weather: If your flight is cancelled due to weather conditions or operational decisions by the flight provider, you will receive a full refund for the flight portion of the package. Please note: the food and beverage component is non-refundable.
5. Cancellations by guests: Credit card details are required to guarantee all bookings. If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply and charge to the credit card provided in securing your booking:

• Up to 16 days prior to your scheduled booking: No cancellation fee will be applied and any deposit you have paid for your booking will be returned;
• Within 15 days (including 15 days) of your scheduled booking: a 100% cancellation fee will apply (no refund payable);
• If you do not show up for your bookings, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund payable).

***If you choose not to travel due to weather concerns but the flight is still operating, a 100% cancellation fee applies.***

6. Passenger weights and seating: To meet safety and compliance requirements, we will request passenger weight information at the time of booking:

• Passengers over 110 kg will incur a surcharge for an additional seat;
• For two passengers with a combined weight exceeding 180 kg, a surcharge for an extra seat will apply;
• The maximum individual weight per seat is 130 kg.

***By providing your weight, you consent to Freycinet Resort sharing this information with Freycinet Air Tasmania to complete your booking.

8. Pricing: All package prices are subject to change. If a pricing adjustment is necessary, we will notify you prior to confirming your booking.
9. Cancellations by Freycinet Resort: Freycinet Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the deposit and/or booking fee will be fully refunded. Freycinet Resort is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss incurred as a result of cancellation. Cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
