“Freycinet Resort proved to be an excellent choice for our recent stay, offering a truly enjoyable experience.”

The location is simply superb, perfectly positioned for easy access to both Coles Bay and the stunning Wineglass Bay walking tracks, making it an ideal base for exploring the best of the Freycinet Peninsula. Adding to the charm, the sunrises from our room were absolutely beautiful.

Our room was commendably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming space after a day of adventuring. A standout feature was the heated bathroom floor, which was a delightful touch, especially on cooler mornings.

Beyond the amenities, the staff truly made our stay. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, adding to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the resort.

The breakfasts were absolutely phenomenal! We especially loved the salmon avocado toast, which was a delicious and fresh start to our days.

“Just Perfect. Arrived here for a two night mini break and loved every minute of it.”

Accommodation is fantastic with excellent views and facilities. Stand out is the Japanese Omakase menu. Had this both nights as part of the package and it’s a 5 star experience. The chef and his team are top notch and it was such an honor to have them cater for us in the off season. Literally only 2 couples on the first night and three on the second but different 8 course menus on both nights. Every one of the 16 courses we tasted left us speechless. Such a privilege to be able to experience a wonderful demonstration of masters of their art. Many thanks to Pearl too for her fabulous service. What a treat!

“Unreal views, peaceful and truely tranquil. If you’re looking for a big hotel room with all the amenities like a big city hotel then you’re going to be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to get in touch with yourself, nature, see the stars at night while wildlife surrounds you then you’re looking at the right place. The accomodation restaurant is also delicious, breakfast was satisfying and filled us up. Staff were friendly and really helpful.”

“The property was exceptional with a good blend of nature and comfort. We had an amazing view, with wallabies and echindas visible from our balconies. Watching the stars at nighttime was amazing. The stay also came with breakfast which was great, I particularly enjoyed the congee.”
