Mind Body Retreat 1-3 March 2013
Experience a weekend of movement facilitating breath, and breath facilitating movement through the principles of Pilates and Yoga The weekend will be led by qualified Pilates Instructor Jude Hillhouse from Launceston. Jude comes from a background of dance and is also an experienced yoga teacher she has a strong belief and focus in her teaching of Mind, Body and Breath working in unison. You will leave the weekend with a new found focus and awareness on your posture and breath and most definitely clarity of mind. Pilates or Yoga experience would be preferable but not a necessity. However some sort of movement experience and body awareness is.
The retreat will run from Friday evening to Sunday lunch time. All meals are included, and there is a range of accommodation to suit all budgets.
